One of the gleefully exhulted "facts" (and I use that term lightly) is that Islam is the biggest single religion in The World surpassing even Catholicism.
But, (as is with most of the stuff posted by the fanatics) it is a lie.
The fact is that they try to compare Islam the entire religion to Catholicism instead of the entire religion of Christianity.
The fact is that when one compares apples to apples and not apples to oranges, here is the truth:
The largest non-Christian denomination is Sunni Islam. They have a toal of 1 Billion adherents.
Catholicism alone (not including any of the other Christian denominations)?
1.1 Billion.
No comparison. They are 100 Million apart.
So, to put a rest to the retarded obsession of anti-Catholics...no, Islam has not passed Catholicism when one is comparing one faith to another.
We still are and will always be #1!
Because one doesn't light a lamp and place it under a cover and because Jesus willed it that Disciples be made of all nations!
