Are you supposed to say the rosary every day or just once a week? Or does it matter>?

We might have to wait for Cepha to come back for an answer. I don't know either.
I think that all sacramentals are "optional" meaning you do them because you want to. Their devotional benefits depend upon your own heart. So if you do it once a year, but really put your heart into it, then it "counts" more than doing it everyday only because it is your duty.
I think a lot of people do pray it everyday, well just 1 set of "mysteries" per day (i e 5 decades) Some people pray it on friday, some people pray it like 10 times a day!
Me, I don't pray it everyday, but there are other prayers I pray everyday esp. the Lord's prayer. And I also really like to pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy.
