Seriously, where do you draw the line? I know Baptists are Christians, but are JW's? Are Mormons? What about non-trinitarians?
Where do you draw the line? Those who are "born again"? There are some "born again" pagans in India who simply added Jesus onto their list of gods.

No, there is no other God.
You can either worship God or not worship Him(then you are worshipping something else; not "another god") or the 3rd option which is worship God--but NOT in Spirit and Truth. That is what, I believe, Muslims do. They worship God but not the way He wants to be worshipped.
