I've placed this Thread up because I was asked to. I didn't want to separate Christianity by Denominations with a Thread "just for" Non-Catholics because I know how offended I was when I'd come across sites that would separate Catholics from Christians.
But as long as no one is offended by this Forum and as long as it's known that it was a Non-Catholic Christian (I believe) that it was who asked me about a Forum such as this, I guess it's ok.
Please know that I am in no way stating by placing this Forum up that Non-Catholics are "not" Christians, nor that they are "not" part of our (Catholic) family. I firmly believe that anyone who meets the Biblical definition of a Christian is a Christian regardless of how they personally choose to express their faith.
God bless us all...Christians and those that are "not" Christiand (Muslims, Jews, Buddhists, Hinduists, etc...).

Yes, there should be no offense in the term "non-Catholic", since it does not imply that they protest (as does the term Protestant) and even makes room for non-Christians.
If, however, the Forum is intended only for Protestant issues, or specifically for Catholicism vs. Protestantism (in terms of theology and liturgy, etc., of course), then the Forum could be named so, or at least have the word "Evangelical", if the word "Protestant" seems offensive somehow.

Sup IMA.
Actually, I have a VS forum for the "VS" issues.
The term "non-Catholic" when applied to Christians simply means that they are "non-universal" Christians...that they belong a specific religious denomination of universal Christianity.
