I'm not about to say "the Pope was wrong" but I completely disaggree with this action. Papal Infallibility doen't mean the Pope can't make mistakes. I wonder if he ever regretted it? Papal Infallibility does mean that he is never wrong...on matters of faith and morals which is his job. If Jesus says to love your enemies and he showed love for those that are our friends, is he to be seen as wrong? Remember, the first 5 books of The Koran is identical to our first 5 books...The Pentatuch. |
