If God can't change absolute truth than he is not all powerful. If God can change absolute truth than there is no absolute truth. One of these doesn't exist.

My answer?

God can do anything...even if we can't comprehend it or explain it.

Even if it seems to contradict itself, God, Creator of all that is,
was and will ever be, can do with "it" what He wills...
not only that, He can literally redefine anything.

His work is not limited by our understanding (or lack of it).
