Probably? For you to say probably suggests that for you there is a possibility that someone else did. M, was there ever a bible version with only 66 books in it before the 16th century?

Ah, yes, the Holy Bible, a Catholic book! Amen..."universal", not "denominational". Just as Christ would have it...that it be for "all nations" not just some certain sects. ;D

Just as Christ would have it...that it be for "all nations" not just some certain sects. ;D Hello Cepha, I agree that the Bible is for all...I say "Catholic Book" because it was collect, organized, preserved, protected, some books were accepted and others were rejected, books were titled and approved…all by Catholic popes… and passed down by the Catholic Church... The Bible…historically speaking, is a Catholic book. BTW, you know that my comments are mostly meant for those who didn’t already know this. ….And, I know what you meant by universal…good point.
