I ment to click we have free will but it is not free from influence.
Sadly I accidently clicked that God is in control of everything, which is true enough, everything that happens only happens because at the very least he permitted it to happen.
Back to my original intention however, we do not have free will in the sense that we have the power to resist temptation... as is evidenced by the Pater Noster where we pray that God might not lead us into temptation, and that God might deliver us from evil.
Now some of you might say that this is riddiculous, you can recall times vivedly where you were tempted to sin, but resisted it.
However I say that such thinking is flawed, for their are really but 2 possibilities. 1 you resisted the sin because of God's grace creating a greater desire in you not to sin, or 2 because you infact desired something else more for natural reasons.
There is no escaping it, it is just common sense, we always does what most pleases us ... otherwise we would not do that thing.
Let us just hope that in his mercy God who made our hearts so that they are restless without him shall ensure by his grace that when we die we die in such a state where we are resting in him, safe in the fathers hands where no one can snatch us away.
