Let's say McCain and Palin had won(yikes). And she decided she didn't want to be VP anymore. What would happen? Would McCain pick someone else or is there a runner up like in a pageant?

I believe the Secretary of State immediately takes her position (but doesn't automatically become VP). Man, if she couldn't handle a state with ONLY 682,293 people, imagine how she would've done with The United States population of 300 MILLION! Wow! It just sends chills up my spine to think that she could've been The Vice President of The United States...a quitter. |

Yeah, and what is really sad is that people are making fun of her son who is challenged. That is pretty low.
I dont see a problem with her stepping down from her position...at least it wasnt cause she was having an affair or she turned lesbian like other polititions. I think Palin is a good woman with a good heart and people should back off.

I've heard of these "allegations", but I've never actually seen anybody in the media make fun of her son or even from her political adversaries. Where did you hear that they were making fun of her son? I think Palin is an evil woman who once referred to rural people as the "real Americans" (meaning that others weren't real Americans in her opinion). That kind of divisiveness is "not" good. Plus, she's married to a seccessionist who wants Alaska to break away from The United States. That's not good either. Plus, she's caught up in so many scandals. She quit because of the money. She claimed that it was because she owed $500,000. in legal fees, but I'm sure that the $7 MILLION dollar book deal she got would've covered that jusssst fine if it was true.  Plain and simple (or "Palin is simple"), she CASHED OUT! She doesn't care about "Alaaskuh!: ;D

She said that she stepped down because it was costing alaska money for her to be in office because of all the FRIVULOUS LAWSUITS, and you dont think they are ridicules?

I've already talked to you about cursing. #2 I already said that children should be left out of a person's political life (I said that when they were talking about President Obama's children). #3 David Letterman was wrong (which anybody who read where I wrote that children should not be brought into a person's political life would know I feel that way). #4 Sarah Plain shouldn't be out there bragging about being part of a party that has the corner on family values and pass judgement on other's when she can't even control her own household. #5 She should've never had brought her children into the political arena to gain points with people. She should've done what President Obama did...leave her children out of it (not try to use them as backdropping for appearance). I feel totally sorry for her children, but she was the one who started to flap her private business (and by default, theirs) in America's face, then gets offended when Americans have an opinion on it? I feel like you go way out of your way to post ugly stuff that is prolly true about republicans so that you can catagorize us as a whole. I dont see anyone else on the board posting all these anti-white/anti-republican posts. It is what it is.
